What once served as a simple storage facility is now a bright, functional floral warehouse designed for growth. We coordinated new plumbing and HVAC, installed a professional-grade flower refrigerator, and refreshed the entry offices and shared spaces to create a welcoming environment for staff and customers alike. A fresh start—perfect for fresh blooms.
From an empty building to a vibrant local theatre, we transformed this space into a welcoming home for small productions, comedy shows, and community events. Longtime clients who trusted us with multiple projects in their home turned to us again for their commercial venture—and together we created a fully functional venue complete with a new kitchen and ADA-compliant bathroom, ready to serve performers and guests alike.
This bathroom remodel blends warmth, function, and sophistication into one beautifully reimagined space. Rich wood tones create a cozy, inviting backdrop, while a new jetted tub surrounded by a quartz tub deck—perfectly matched with the countertops—adds a touch of luxury. We increased the shower size to provide a more comfortable experience and addressed multiple spatial challenges to enhance flow and usability. One standout change was the installation of a pocket door leading into the toilet and shower area, maximizing floor space without sacrificing privacy. A solar tube brings in natural light, brightening the once-dim room, and the heated LVT flooring adds a refined comfort that elevates the entire space.
The bathroom remodel transformed a dated, cramped space into a more modern and functional environment. The old tub was replaced with a glass-enclosed walk in shower, complete with grab bars for added safety and convenience. The vintage mirror and sink were updated to a more minimalist pedestal sink, paired with contemporary light fixtures that brighten up the space and a medicine cabinet mirror. Floor and shelving was also replaced to enhance the overall design. The changes created a cleaner, more open feel, blending with modern aesthetics.
This bathroom is an example of projects we do that there may not be anything functionally wrong with them but they don’t work for the homeowner. Our homeowner knew they wanted to maintain a separate tub and shower but modify the layout to accomplish that! We also relocated the door to the master closet that once separated the two vanities to the side so the vanity storage space could be increased. The once smaller and enclosed shower became a spacious relaxing oasis. There’s plenty of room in the shower for anything the future has in store, a true forward thinking accessible design. A freestanding soaking tub still allows for all the bathtime fun to be had with the growing grandkids and a relaxing spot for grandma to unwind when the family visits are over!
