Think of the time you spend in your home: getting ready for the day, relaxing after work, cooking and eating with family, entertaining friends and family. But many homes have wasted space, poor design, and cramped, small rooms that divide and box us in. Our design team can knock out walls to totally change your space so you won’t just live in your house – you’ll love living there!
- The truth is, you get what you pay for. We hear so many stories of homeowners who hired someone cheap and were left with poor quality or an unfinished project. We come in and fix it, but they end up paying for the project twice! Yikes! Go for quality: as an experienced professional contractor since 1978, we’ll do it once and do it right.
- We are fully licensed and insured. See our list of awards and affiliations, like the Better Business Bureau here. And read reviews from our customers here.
- We are a design build company: our team creates custom designs in house and then our carpenters bring the designs to life. Our staff orders all the products and manages the electrical, plumbing, and other installation throughout the process so you don’t have to!
- We have a 3,500 square foot beautiful showroom in downtown Peoria, that we are always expanding, including a color sample room and many kitchens and bathrooms. We make it easy to see the options and choose the perfect materials and colors for you.
The time frame depends on the scope of the project. Our policy is to order the products and start the work when all the products have arrived. This way, we can work steadily without unnecessary delays. Give us a call today for our current schedule and lead time.
That’s the bottom line, right? Cost varies with the materials you choose and the scope of work of your project. After seeing the details of your project, our design team will give you a price. Once you sign the contract, that price will not change unless you add a change order.
We are proud to be one of the few remodeling companies in Peoria to create 3D designs to show on the big screen. It’s like walking through your new space before we even start construction! This helps you to see the new layout and makes design decisions easier. Because our designers invest hours of work into creating a design and proposal, we may charge a design retainer fee for larger projects. This ensures that the project will be given highest priority on our list. Once a contract is signed, the design retainer fee will be applied toward the total cost of the project.
In most cases, this is not necessary. Our carpenters take care to clean up daily and set up HEPA filters and other dust containment systems. We work there, but we know you live there, so we work hard to minimize the mess and inconvenience.
